If this is your first time with us, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. When you arrive, please report to reception. You will be directed to the appropriate waiting area where your practitioner will meet you at your scheduled appointment time.

Your treatment with us is likely to include manual therapies, such as soft-tissue massage and joint mobilisationMany people report feeling an immediate sense of relief during and after their treatment sessions, but it is also common to experience some discomfort, such the feeling of heat,pain and a local  tenderness around the areas worked on. Initial discomfort like this is completely normal and you should feel better after three days. Your physiotherapist will give you advice about how to manage post therapeutic effects, which may include avoiding any strenuous activity and applying ice to the area.

The fix to your symptoms is simply in the technique so we will work closely with you during the initial evaluation and all treatment consultations to ensure you have perfected all your exercise programs. We will demonstrate any new or unfamiliar techniques until you are comfortable doing them yourself, and will ask you to demonstrate them back to us to confirm you have a comprehensive understanding. As with any of our treatment plans, you will always have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you need during the education aspect of consultation. Your self-confidence in performing prescribed, key movements is crucial to our cooperative success! There is no fee to reschedule up to the time of your appointment. If you have an emergency and need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Any no-shows at the time of your appointment will result in the loss of a prepaid session. However, if a session is rescheduled in a timely manner, the funds can be transferred onto your next session.
