Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy

We work hard to provide excellence in clinical care for all our clients.  To be consistent with this aim, we have an appointment cancellation and non-attendance policy in place to allow us to schedule appointments for all patients.  When an appointment is scheduled, that time has been set aside for you, so if it’s cancelled at short notice or where there is non-attendance, we are unable to fill that appointment slot and this directly impacts our ability to remunerate our staff for their time.


We request that you please give us at least 24 hours notice by telephone in the event that you cannot attend your scheduled appointment slot and cancel your appointment via a phone call message or our online booking system.  If you cancel your appointment with less that 12 hours notice a late cancellation fee of 10,000 will apply and be invoiced for via our practice management system.


Missed appointments are considered to be cancelled appointments without adequate notice and therefore the full appointment fee will be invoiced for via our practice management system .


If you arrive late for your appointment we will do our best to deliver your full appointment  time but please bear in mind this may not always be possible if the time slot after your appointment has already been booked. Under such circumstances,the full appointment fee will still stand.
